The make their falafel with fava beans instead of chickpeas. The falafel is softer and more heavily spiced than most falafel shops. They say it is the Egyptian style. Really good!!

Faraos Falafel is a place to get delicious and fresh falafel wraps. It was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had! Good price for a wrap, which is quite big and filling. The owner is lovely to chat with. A must-try when in Uppsala.

Easily the best place I’ve eaten here in Uppsala. I’ve never had kinder service anywhere else than here. The lady working everything, Nikoletta, is so friendly and fun to talk to. Her food is beyond anything in the area, I have cravings of coming here for more of her food. She has my loyalty and I’d recommend eating here any day!! I’m so happy to have tried this place. She also gives great portion sizes for the great prices!

Easily best falafel I’ve ever had. Even better service. Debated between chicken and falafel, ordered falafel wrap with halloumi, falafel & halloumi fried fresh. She was so kind and made some chicken shwarma over fries for me to try anyways. The best chicken shwarma I have ever had! Must visit.

Really good falafel!! Been in Uppsala before and remembered the spot. Strangely enough there are 3 Foodtrucks with falafel next to eachother, and we choose the best one Very nice lady that sells them, I think she was the owner. I had a wrap with falafel with Haloumi, nice combo.

We stopped here to have lunch after a day spent roaming around Uppsala. I had read online that this was the best falafel place in town, and having never tasted fresh falafels before, I just HAD to give it a go. We got a falafel box with a salad, tomatoes and fries on the side. Meanwhile, we started a conversation with the lady behind the counter and she was a real sweetheart! We found out we shared the same language and had a great chat with her. It was a pleasure getting to know her and her story. The falafel were truly delicious as the reviews suggested and so were the fries. Crispy outside and soft on the inside. The sauce was also good! I cry at the thought of going back to my air-fried falafels It was a great experience and we look forward to coming back someday. We forgot to ask your name, but in any case it was really nice to meet you and we wish you all the best in the world, including your family Un saluto caro ????????
